ECM / MODULE TESTING SERVICE

Not sure whether your ECM is functioning properly? Our module testing service checks the basic operation, communication, physical condition, and file integrity of supported modules.

WHAT THE TEST INCLUDES

POWER AND COMMUNICATION TEST

The module will be properly powered on and checked for normal operation and communication.

FILE READ AND CORRUPTION CHECK

When possible, we will pull a read file directly from the module. The file will then be inspected for signs of corruption or other obvious file-related problems.

A read file may not be obtainable if the module does not power on, will not communicate, is locked, or has another condition preventing access.

VISUAL INSPECTION

The module will receive an external visual inspection for noticeable physical concerns, including:

• Damaged housing

• Bent, damaged, or corroded connector pins

• Signs of moisture, contamination, or overheating

• Other visible damage that may affect operation

IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION

This listing covers module testing only. Programming, tuning, cloning, resetting, and physical repairs are not included unless purchased separately.

Testing confirms the module’s condition and operation at the time it is inspected. It does not diagnose vehicle wiring, sensors, grounds, power supplies, or other components outside the module.
