ECM Cloning Service

Customer Must Supply Both Engine Control Modules

Our ECM Cloning Service makes one Engine Control Module an exact copy of another. The information from your original ECM is transferred to the replacement ECM, allowing the replacement module to match the original module’s programming and vehicle information.

What You Must Send

You must provide both ECMs:

• The original ECM that needs to be copied

• The replacement ECM that will become the clone

Clearly label which ECM is the ORIGINAL and which is the REPLACEMENT before shipping.

Compatibility Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that both ECMs have matching:

• Part numbers

• Service numbers

• Broadcast numbers

These numbers can be found on the identification label attached to each ECM. Please compare all numbers carefully before ordering and shipping your modules.

Module Condition

Both ECMs must be in good working condition. Cloning does not repair damaged or defective modules.

EZ Modules is not responsible for problems caused by:

• Defective or damaged ECMs

• Incorrect or mismatched modules

• Incorrect part, service, or broadcast numbers

• Pre-existing internal or external module damage

All ECMs received for service are visually inspected and tested before programming or cloning begins.

Shipping Information

• The customer is responsible for shipping both ECMs to us.

• Return shipping back to the customer is FREE.

• Please package both modules securely to prevent shipping damage.

Important Notice

By purchasing this service, the customer confirms that both ECMs are compatible, have matching identification numbers, and are in good working condition.
