Mail-In Service — Customer-Supplied Module Required

This listing is for a mail-in tuning and programming service only. The customer must provide and ship their engine control module to us. No ECM, PCM or other module is included or provided with this service.

The customer is also responsible for providing all necessary vehicle, engine, transmission and modification information required to complete the requested tuning or programming changes. Missing, incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the service or prevent us from completing the requested changes.

Important: We Do Not Currently Offer Tuning For Custom Or Aftermarket Camshafts.

Information Required From The Customer

To create the correct calibration, the customer must provide the following information when applicable:

• Engine Size And Generation

• ECM/PCM Service Number

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

• Transmission Type

• Tire Size

• Rear-Axle Ratio

• Injector Part Number

• Desired Idle Speed

• Desired Cooling-Fan Temperatures

• Complete List Of Requested Programming Changes

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all provided information is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for programming issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or missing vehicle information.

Important Service Information

Available programming options depend on the controller, operating system, vehicle platform and installed hardware. Not every controller or application will support every adjustment listed above.

All requested calibration changes must accurately match the vehicle’s installed components and fuel requirements. Heavily modified, forced-induction or uncommon engine combinations may require in-person dyno tuning to operate correctly. We do not offer remote or mail-order tuning for combinations that require dyno testing.

We Do Not Currently Offer Tuning For Custom Or Aftermarket Camshafts.

This service does not include emissions-system removal or programming intended to defeat legally required emissions equipment. The customer is responsible for confirming that all requested changes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
